Sreeniketana Logistics, formerly ShriKailash Logistics (est. 1995), has grown from a single-client operation into a full-spectrum logistics and supply chain powerhouse. With nearly three decades of experience, the group delivers integrated solutions across transportation, freight forwarding, warehousing, and import–export services, enabling seamless movement of goods across domestic and global markets.


A key milestone in the company’s journey was the successful development and operation of a state-of-the-art logistics park in Chennai (2007–2008), which was strategically divested in 2016 to accelerate focus on high-growth logistics and transportation verticals under the rebranded Sreeniketana Logistics. The ecosystem is further strengthened by Sreeniketana Carriers, providing RCM services, and Vistaara, the group’s real estate venture with a rapidly expanding portfolio.

Having already crossed ₹100 crores in revenue, Sreeniketana Logistics is scaling aggressively, with a clear growth trajectory to ₹150 crores in the current and next financial year, and a bold vision to reach ₹200 crores in turnover in the following year. Driven by operational excellence, asset-backed capabilities, and long-standing client trust, the group continues to expand its footprint and redefine logistics performance

Vistaara successfully completed approximately 200,000 sq. ft. of premium office space.

The spaces were leased to reputed companies including: Carrier Ltd., SBI Credit Card Division, IIFL, Maersk Line Ltd., JK Tyres Ltd., ULCCS Housing Pvt. Ltd., Yusen Logistics Ltd., Mindfire Pvt. Ltd., Quick Heal Pvt. Ltd., Seaspan Recruitment, ITQ Pvt. Ltd., and Gloria International Pvt. Ltd.

"Sreeniketana Carriers Pvt. Ltd."

The transportation division was hived off from ShriKailash Logistics Ltd. and renamed as Sreeniketana Logistics Ltd., with its registered office in Chennai.

Established Sreeniketana Carriers Pvt. Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Sreeniketana Logistics Ltd., for customers opting for RCM.

Diversified into the real estate sector under the brand name “Vistaara”, focusing on premium office spaces.

Sold the entire warehousing operations to Indospace.

Completed the Logistics Park Project and leased the entire facility to international companies such as Nissan India Ltd., Kone Elevators, Toyota, Daimler, Nippon Express, and others.
